Sunday School

Classes for children ages 3 to 14 during the school year. Children participate in the opening few minutes of the 11 am service, then go downstairs to their classes. Nursery is available for those under the age of 3, also during the school year.

United Church Women

The women meet weekly to bake pies, do crafts and plan for their monthly luncheons, the Christmas Bazaar and Carlisle Festival. Every female member of the United Church is considered a United Church Woman.

Chancel Choir

Our choir sings at each 11 am Sunday service. Rehearsals take place in the sanctuary from 7:30 - 9:00 pm on Thursday evenings from September to June. Come on out and join the fun! Singers of all ages are welcome - sopranos, altos, tenors, basses... no experience necessary.

Junior Choir

The junior choir (3-14 years of age) practices briefly during Sunday School at certain times of the year.

Gospel Choir

The Gospel Choir meets each Tuesday evening at 8 pm to practice Gospel music with guitars, piano, and other instruments on occasion.

Coffee & Conversation

Join us downstairs after the service on Sunday to meet other members of the congregation. Coffee, tea and juice is available for adults and children.

Carlisle United Church Newsletter

The newsletter is published four times a year. Please ask an usher for a copy of the latest one.

Quilters

The quilting group meets every Tuesday from 9 am - 3 pm in the Parlour to quilt. One of the quilts is raffled each year at our annual Bazaar in November. New members with previous quilting experience are always welcome!

There are also varying Committees and projects such as the Carlisle Festival, Property Work Bees, Fireside Chats, etc. to get involved in.
